Hormones & life stages
Hormones shape sleep, energy, weight, mood and focus at every age. Here's how coaching changes as you move through life.
Every stage has its own plan
The same eight bytes apply at every age. What changes is which ones matter most right now.
Children and teens
Growth, puberty, sleep and screens. I coach parents on food and habits that build a healthy relationship with eating. Families & children
Your 20s and 30s
Hormones are at their steadiest, so this is the time to build muscle, bone, sleep habits and a way of eating that lasts.
Midlife for women
Perimenopause and menopause change sleep, temperature, weight, mood and bone health. Each phase gets its own plan.
Midlife for men
Testosterone falls gradually from the 40s. Energy, muscle, belly fat, sleep and heart health all respond to the right habits.
Healthy aging
Strength, balance, bones, heart and brain. The goal is independence and energy for decades, not just a longer life.
Stress at any age
Cortisol competes with sleep, recovery and appetite. Mindfulness and mindset work help at every stage.
Midlife for women
Perimenopause usually starts in the 40s, sometimes the late 30s: cycles change, sleep gets lighter, and mood and energy swing. Menopause itself is the point twelve months after your last period, and post-menopause is everything after, when protecting bone, muscle, heart and brain matters most.
We work on what's actually happening: night sweats and broken sleep, weight shifting to the middle, brain fog, mood and joint aches. Wearable data shows patterns, and nutrition, strength training and mindfulness do the heavy lifting.
Midlife for men
Men's hormone changes are slower and quieter, which is why they're often missed. Lower testosterone, rising blood sugar and blood pressure, poorer sleep and stubborn belly fat tend to show up together from the 40s on.
We use blood work and tracking to see where you stand, then rebuild training, protein, sleep and stress habits so energy, strength and drive come back and stay.
Working with your doctor, not instead of one
I'm a coach, not a physician. I don't prescribe, and I won't tell you whether hormone therapy is right for you. What I will do is help you understand your symptoms and lab results well enough to have a useful conversation with your doctor, then build nutrition, movement and mindset around whatever you decide together.
Questions I get asked
Is this just for women?
No. I work with women, men and families. Hormones affect everyone, and the plan is built for your body and your stage of life.
Am I too young or too old for this?
Neither. Habits built in your 20s pay off for decades, and strength and nutrition work make a measurable difference at 70 too.
Do I need a wearable or tracking app?
No. Tracking helps and I'll suggest simple options, but a notebook works too. The technology byte is about making patterns visible, not about gadgets.
Will you put me on a diet?
No diets. We build eating habits around your hormones, your schedule and food you actually like.
